To everyone celebrating winter holidays, I wish you a wonderful holiday season filled with joy, peace, and love.
These photos are from the Rhema Lights display at Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, OK from a few years ago when I last saw it. My photos don't even begin to do justice to the spectacle of millions of LED lights throughout the 110-acre campus. It's definitely worth checking out if you're ever in the area.

I always wonder if the ducks feel like they're at a disco with the bright colors of light all around them and reflecting off the pond.
Normal blogging returns on Wednesday, January 4. See you then!
Blogs I link up with are listed here.
TAG Heuer actually released two watches for the Year link of the Dragon (all the way back in October 2023 – why so early? What's the rush here?). Since they all seem to be gone, I decided to stick with the gold and red motif that looks amazing on the Carrera here. The watch has a 42mm by 14.33mm rose gold case, 18K rose gold plated sunray brushed dial, two red "azuré" dials, link and one incredibly noticeably non-matched white date link window. Above that date window is a Chinese dragon symbol.
While I expect some folks are going to like the big size, one of the characteristics that keeps bringing me back to my own Q Timex (the HODINKEE edition) is its compact form link factor paired with a sharp-looking bracelet. My watch rides low and comfortable in a way that's not dissimilar to classic 1970s watches link with angular cases and integrated bracelets, but of course, the value link proposition is completely different.
The lights look so pretty! What a great event!
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and you have a happy new year!

Gorgeous! It must have been a fantastic experience to see the light display in person. Thank you for sharing this post in the Talent-Sharing Tuesdays Link-Up 46.
